OUR STAFF

We are a family owned and operated travel agency. Diane Juardo, our owner and lead Travel Specialist, has extensive experience in all aspects of the travel industry. She has attended training in a wide array of programs and has been certified as an Apple, Cancun, and Sandals Specialist, to name a few. She has also received training from a host of cruise lines including Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Holland America and Princess.

Gil Jurado retired as a Commander from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department after 33 years of service. As a senior law enforcement executive for many years he has provided leadership to over a thousand deputies and has managed budgets in excess of 3 millions dollars.

Linda Robles is our resident Physically Challenged Travel Specialist. She has been afflicted with Rheumatoid Arthritis for the past 25 years and refused to have the illness prevent her from continuing to enjoy her love of travel. As a result, she has become very skilled at arranging Disability Travel needs for herself and others in similar circumstances.

We accomplish this goal through a variety of measures including continued professional training, maintaining a strong relationship with a wide range of partners from the travel industry and working to exceed customer expectations.

As travel professionals we understand that the travel industry is always changing and if we want to remain a true asset to our customers we must regularly attend travel related seminars and work to improve our skills. Additionally, we must travel ourselves and experience areas that may be of interest to you in the future. Most importantly, we feel it is essential that we maintain strong business skills and conduct ourselves in an ethical manner at all times.

Throughout the years we have come to realize that the key to our success is teamwork. We worked hard to establish and maintain effective lines of communication with our customers and travel industry partners. Furthermore, we feel that this network of resources is a major factor in our ability to find creative solutions to a multitude of travel related problems.

Lastly, we are proud that our client based covers a broad spectrum of the community and includes many law enforcement and fire personnel. At the end of each day we measure customer satisfaction by how successful we were at providing products and service to our clients.
